I’m a personal trainer and strength coach based in the heart of Leslieville, Toronto.

My passion is to train with individuals to improve strength and mobility, which can aid in both reducing chronic pain and creating new habits that potentially will turn into something you love to do every day.

My goal is to meet you at your current state, providing support, valuable resources, and empowering you to make changes in a manner that best suits YOUR journey.
